EVEREST90 is designed for the inspection of DN90–DN300 pipes, ideal for sewer and stormwater systems with narrow access.

Its lightweight design, weighing less than 6 kg, facilitates transport and installation. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aerospace-grade aluminum, it offers IP68 industrial protection, including impermeability up to 10 m and explosion resistance. The quick-release wheel system allows for rapid, tool-free wheel changes to accommodate different pipe sizes on-site. With steering capabilities and smooth operation on slopes and curves, the EVEREST90 ensures stable performance.

Compatible with the EVEREST150 and EVEREST200 cable reels (120 m and 200 m), the system offers cross-product flexibility. Existing users can add the track without needing to purchase a new cable reel, making it a more cost-effective solution. The battery-powered reel provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation.

Control is available via wireless tablet or with IVC and PSC, enabling flexible or centralized management. Operators can adjust track movement, cable rewind, and camera settings in real time. Integrated image measurement tools allow for analysis of water level, crack width, and deformation. With ORVlRE software, the system offers defect coding and structured report generation, compliant with NASSCO PACP, WRC, and EN 13508-2 standards. Reports can be exported as PDFs or data files, facilitating data transfer and project documentation.
