The portable smart controller features two joysticks that utilize a dual-operation method. Each joystick has a button function and is paired with eight quick-control buttons. Designed for field efficiency, this all-in-one controller enables precise operation and real-time monitoring of inspection tracks. Operators can control track movement (forward, reverse, steering, cruise, stop, and speed) and manage camera functions such as elevation, lighting, rotation, zoom, pan, tilt, and image switching (front/rear). It also allows for resetting for quick repositioning.
Equipped with image measurement tools, the controller allows for accurate on-site assessment of water levels, crack width, flow cross-section loss, deformation rate, and pipe diameter. Operators can also manually capture images of defects and annotate them directly during the inspection, improving documentation and facilitating detailed post-inspection analysis.
The screen interface displays key operating data at a glance, such as date, time, track position, tilt, distance, and inspection video. Real-time captioning allows for style customization for enhanced visual documentation.
Work with VISONIC software to generate inspection reports that meet NASSCO PACP, WRC and EN 13508-2 standards.
